a) Customers can cancel their order by logging into their account or can call OSGS LLC customer care at +1-954-604-6300 or send an email to contact@onestopglobalsourcingllc.com to request for cancellation.
b) Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from OSGS LLC warehouse. Post-dispatch, no cancellation is allowed.
Partial Order Cancellation:
Partial cancellations are not allowed. No refunds will be made in case of partial order cancellation/return.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. We accept return for all our products as per our policy with the following exceptions:
Customers have 72 hours after order delivery to inspect all the goods for any quality issue.
We do a rigorous Quality Check to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition.
Eyewear case or other standard packaging is damaged or torn or otherwise not in the same condition as it was received.
In case product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, OSGS LLC can deny refund to the customer.
